REVERSIBLE BOB COMPETITION

For our collaboration series of 2021 we are running a competition to find the most creative beautiful designs to produce reversible bobs. This is an opportunity to rethink bobs, play with prints and colours with the two sides of the hat (since it is reversible) and bring something fresh and trendy to the market.
We are looking for unique reversible bob designs to print onto our eco shorts (100% recycled NEWLIFE®) and create exciting reversible bobs. The winning designer will have the opportunity to collaborate with us, and receive a free example of his reversible bob.

When can I enter?
The competition will run from 10th to 28th March 2021.
What are the prizes?
1st Prize: Your design printed onto a limited run of recycled reversible bobs that will sell on our website promoting you as a designer and giving you 30% commission on all sales. Plus a bob for you to keep. We will tag you in all promotional material, and your name will feature on our website.
2nd Prize: €50 voucher to spend on our website.
3rd Prize: €25 voucher to spend on our website.
Who can enter?
The competition is open to all ages, locations, individuals or brands. If the winning designer is under eighteen, they will be asked to provide consent from a parent or legal guardian and the entry must be your own original design.
How do I enter?
Post your design on your instagram feed with the hashtag #makemyhat and tagging @lifeisamesh on your post. You can enter as many designs as you like, each post will be considered a new entry.
My Instagram profile is private can I enter?
For us to see the entered designs you need to make your profile public.
I do not have Instagram can I enter?
You need to have an Instagram to participate.This competition runs exclusively on this channel.
How should I present my entry on Instagram?
We need to see 2 designs per entry in the same post for 1 reversible bob.
Two images of the post should be two designs in full and extra points for designs that are also exemplified on bobs.
Will I keep the ownership of my design?
You will keep full ownership of your design. The winner will receive 30% commission of all sales of the reversible bobs, whilst retaining full ownership of their design. It is very important that the submitted design is 100% original and all the rights belong to you as a designer, it must not contain any copyrighted material.
How I should prepare the final artwork?
If you are the winner, we will let you know how do you need to send us your artwork.
How will the winners be chosen?
Our team will do a pre-selection from all entries and we will run a public voting on our Instagram until we achieve the 10 finalists. Then, our team will go through the finalists and make the final decision.
We are looking for bold, fun and super creative designs, perfect for the summer - so have fun and go wild!
When will the winners be announced?
The public voting will start on March 29st. The winners will be annouced during the first week of April.
