If you are not satisfied with an item, you have 15 days after receiving your order to exchange it for any size or request a refund. It’s very simple!
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start a return or reimbursement request before mailing your package to us. Please include all relevant information along with a photo of the issue and order number if applicable, for quicker processing.
2. After receiving our confirmation, send your order to Rua Penha de França 110B 1170-034 Lisboa, Portugal. Note that we do not offer prepaid return labels, so once you hear back from us with instructions, simply choose the shipping service that’s most affordable or convenient for you, at your own expenses.
When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that:
*Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.
*Customised garments and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.
*When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items.
*Life is a Mesh will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.
*If you receive a flawed or damaged order, we are always willing to replace or refund it if you communicate the issue 5 working days after your order reception.
